With a nod to sci-fi author Vernor Vinge ("A Deepness in the Sky") here is my gallery of deep sky and solar system astrophotography taken from central New Jersey in the USA or Chile S.A. I hope you see from this gallery that pursuing astronomy and astroimaging are possible in locations with serious light pollution such as central NJ. All astrophotos in the galleries below are originals by Rex Parker taken from telescopes at my home observatory in NJ (lat.~40 deg N) and telescopes in Chile, since 2021 in the south Atacama at El Sauce observatory (lat.~30 deg S, elev 1525m). For the Chilean project, I am currently partnered with S Mazlin, M Hanson, S Foreman, and S Watson.
